readGBD has been updated to only accept ITHIM diseases. See help(createITHIM) for a list of ITHIM disease names. It is okay if not all diseases are present in the burden file. In particular RTIs (road traffic injuries) does not need to be included. the next step is to change to a normalized file format as with the active transport and road injury files.
