Fixed bugs in "for" loops that caused "out-of-bounds" exceptions in std::vector

@storyboardcreativity FYI, I have suppressed some compilation warnings in tiny_dng_writer.h, moved tiny_dng_writer.h to the top directory of the repo and renamed the repo as tinydng
