Windows install #173

Describe the issue In our project, when installing required dynamic libraries, tinyEXR's CMakeLists.txt misses some definition to install on windows.

Expected behavior Please see https://github.com/MathiasPaulin/tinyexr/commit/a9cea1c32f4069e4bc3e9ac9d5de5ed875e76365 for the proposed modifications.

Sorry, I miss that this branch as other modification (i.e. create an dynamic library ...)
