[rendermesh-refactor branch] Apple model load status

On recent rendermesh-refactor branch

Previously, only 4 of 15 Apple .usdz models were able to be loaded.

Now, 13 of 15 models load; the 2 failing models are:

• toy_drummer_idle.usdz: no longer loads, used to work
• toy_biplane_idle.usdz : never loaded before

Also, the UVs for the "guitar" model are incorrect (though this may be a problem with the .usdz model itself?)

Recent updates to rendermesh-refactor branch have greatly improved the situation, these all work well now:

• [x] faces
• [x] normals
• [x] UVs
• [x] material colors
• [x] material textures
• [x] embedded textures
