How to do the voting.

Voting process:

Based on the nominated candidates, a selection process of the "best documentation" should be performed.

Generate list of nominees (only extensions which fullfill criteria can be nominated)
community members perform selection process, e.g. select ranked 3 (e.g. first: 3 points, second: 2 points, third: 1 point)
the results are accumulated with the result of 3 winners: first, second, third place

minimal:

additional:

give less known extensions a chance of winning (by default, people may only vote for the extension they know)
vote or rate for specific aspects of the documentation so we have some results / statistics to determine what is perceived as helpful / not helpful for documentation and can be used to improve other documentation as well (possibly separate voting and giving feedback as separate process where the "giving feedback" part does not necessarily have to be connected to a login on my.typo3.org and could be a longterm thing)

use community vote and a jury? (e.g. 2 categories: "community choice" and "jury selection")
use several categories, e.g. #7, e.g. general, most helpful, best structure etc.
