Show dialog instead of banner on error

Currently, the bottom info banner is used for errors. This hass some drawbacks:

• error message can't be copied easily
• sometimes it times out before user can read it

Instead, is should show a dialog, with options to:

• copy error message
• export debug log #473

I think dialogues would be too annoying and I like the banner. To solve your listed problems the banner could copy to clipboard on hold.

Since it's in alpha, finding errors is necessary. Also, this could be disabled in prod builds, but enabled in nightlies.
