Fix bass and tenor part transcriptions #7

The bass and tenor parts were transcribed 2 octaves higher than they should have been for some of the older tunes. This may have been a glitch in the old BarFly program that was used for the original transcriptions.

After the caroling season is over, I will go through the tunes one by one and clean them up.

I'll add the names to the comments below as I find them and fix them.
