iMirvType is coming back from the energy determination function as '0'.

gr_s0_missiles was totally missing the top section for checking the spell's 
energy
type and doing the spellhook.  Missing pieces added back in.  This should fix 
the
bolt issue as 0 was getting passed in to GRGetEnergyMirvType.  Melf's Acid 
Arrow will
have the same problem until the update is received.
