Delay Poison - wrong target type #27

spells.2da - wrong target type for spell Delay Poison. Currently it's 0x08 
(I can't cast the spell on myself or my animal companion), but should be 
0x2B (as with neutralise poison and remove disease).

It should be 0x0B (self, creatures, items) instead of 0x08 (just items).  0x2B 
is
self + creatures + items + placeables.  I don't think we need to be able to 
target
placeables with the spell.  I have updated the 2da.  It will be included in the 
next
update for testing.
