User Experience Improvement #15

Currently, the hover popup does not account for its position within the editor, resulting in something like the following: image where the hover information is covered up.

Additionally, other improvements could include allowing for keyboard shortcuts such as ctrl + / for quick multiline commenting.

Multiline commenting and line and column number display have been added to the editor. The hover issue fixed itself.
