NO_DEFAULT_STEADY_STATE_SELECTIONS is added to the list of LoadOpt. This is the NO_DEFAULT_SELECTIONS's counterpart for steady state selections
once getSteadyStateSelections is called, it checks if NO_DEFAULT_STEADY_STATE_SELECTIONS flag of LoadSBMLOptions is set to true, otherwise, it creates default steady state selection list
once setSteadyStateSelections is called it sets NO_DEFAULT_STEADY_STATE_SELECTIONS of LoadSBMLOptions to true so that it knows steady state selections are already touched by the user
MODIFY_STEADY_STATE_SELECTIONS_LIST test are added to the SelectionRecordTests
long_selection_record.xml is added to the ModelAnalysis models
selection record tests are now added to the list of test_targets
