Fix doc building so python-only functions make it to the docs

For some reason, 'getValues' does not appear in the roadrunner docs at https://libroadrunner.readthedocs.io/en/latest/PythonAPIReference/cls_RoadRunner.html

There are probably other functions that are missing, as well.
