Plotting function for bifurcation analysis raises error due to changes in matplotlib #29

Error:

There was a problem: AttributeError("'_process_plot_var_args' object has no attribute 'color_cycle'",)

is raised when plotting function is called for bifurcation analysis plugin. This is due to the changes in matplotlib.
