Some unclear SED-ML issues with 2 combine archives #235

The following 2 archives can currently not simulated.

This was a time encoding issue in the spec examples. Fixed via https://github.com/SED-ML/sed-ml/commit/4bbc57d3af5752de5fca5753e2aa5b2bca1ab39b
