Support BioSimulators conventions for plot outputs #497

To ensure that COMBINE archives and SED-ML files are portable with other tools, tellurium should produce consistent outputs with other tools.

AMICI, BioNetGen, CBMPy, COBRAPy, COPASI, GillesPy2, PySCeS, and VCell each have an option to bundle all of the plots stemming from a COMBINE archive into a single zip archive.
