Fix invalid filenames
Fix invalid output start time
Split up workflows, try to just commit the 'final' directory.
Update where manual-corrections are run, since more files are now renamed there.
Rename Copasi's 'kinsol' steady state solver ID to the generic 'steady state solver' ID, since none of the models contain any algebraic rules.
Move from using xpp to ode for file types.
