Remove potentially duplicate COPASI and SED-ML files for BIOMD0000000622 #33

There are two different Copasi files and two different SED-ML files in this directory. Both conduct essentially the same experiment with two different models. However, only one of those models is present in the directory.

Ideally, we'd find what the differences are and apply them to the model in question; alternatively, the two SBML files could simply be exported directly from Copasi and saved as alternate versions. The SEDML in question could point to these alternates.

SBML files for the two COPASI files were created in #123 . A diff of the SBML files LanKN2011_Final and LanKN2011_2 reveals a few differences in the former relative to the latter:

  1. The creator is defined, both in a new dcterms:creator tag and in an additional rdf tag
  2. xmlns:dcterms is changed to xmlns:CopasiMT
  3. Additional rdf and notes tags are created

It seems that the author retrospectively added more metadata to the same model, hence the _Final suffix in the file name. Should the LanKN2011_2 be deleted, since the models appear to be otherwise identical?

The SED-ML files are identical, so one was deleted.

I agree that deleted LanKN2011_2 seems appropriate. Separately, BioModels maintains the history of each record. The history doesn't also need to be captured within the record.
