Support domain certificates #4

More and more companies tend to the bad habit to use a single certificate on an email-gateway instead of user-specific certificates in the mail-user-agent.

Please support such situations in smilla where only one certificate is used for multiple users. Publishing could be done by using CNAMES pointing to a single SMIMEA resource record instead of multiple SMIMEA-RRs.

How would such a generic certificate look like? What is the CN of it?

Issuer:

CN: Company name
O: Company name

ST: Federal state
C: Country
EMAIL: Email-address

This self-signed certificate seems to omit the EMAIL-property of person.
