remove is-prefixes
inverse the logic of internal/external
rename dpiX/dpiY into deviceXDPI/deviceYDPI to align with: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/ms535868(v=vs.85).aspx (not part of any spec yet)
