This commit tries to define the "application's origin" concept more precisely to reflect the comments discussed in thread: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-sysapps/2013Feb/0202.html

Hi @marcoscaceres,

Thank you for your good comments and guidelines. Could you tell me what do you mean by "we first define the model outside of the spec"? Do you mean we need to create a separate draft similar to appuri.sysapps.org, or do you actually mean we need more discussions on the topic in public-sysapps mailing list?

I fully agree with you that current spec indeed has a lot of places to be improved.

Hi @ming-jin. Yes, exactly: I mean we should draft something up outside the spec. I don't mind where we do it - on the list, or in a separate document, or even as an etherpad (etherpad.mozilla.org). Whatever works best for you.

The origin of a packaged application is still "app://{guid}/" for the moment. The change doesn't seem to take that into account. I am closing this PR mostly for bookkeeping. We should indeed make the "application origin" definition better. I will open an issue for that.
