Title of the spec is a bit misleading #95

I think we should change the title of the spec to something else... though I'm still not sure as to what. The problem with the current name is that it has "Web Applications" and the document relates specifically to the security and runtime/lifecycle requirements for packaged and hosted web apps.

So you're proposing to change the "Web Applications" phrase to something different? "System Applications" is not too descriptive, right?

I'll leave it to @mounirlamouri to decide, I think. I still don't have a good suggestion but something along the lines of "System Applications" could work.
