A single packaged app can be downloaded from different sources, different app stores.
One of the perceived benefits of distributing an app as a package is that the author doesn't have to host any content on the web, can use multiple stores or even distribute via "side-loading".
How can we make an app identifiable for UA's, having the assumption that the manifest may not be hosted in a single place?
