Violin Plots for Input/Output #1

Hi, I have a question regarding the output of violin plots in the results. I tried the testing procedure R scripts but failed to produce the correct violin plots. Error shows fun.y is deprecreated use fun instead

Hi, I am really sorry for the late reply, since I was a bit detached from this project. The issue has been fixed (it was connected with new ggplot2 version) and is now on CRAN. Also, the official repo for the package has been moved to my personal GitHub. It will allow quicker responses to any issues. Please accept my apologies once again.
