layout id 13 no longer works, has anyone got audio working?

layout id 13 works with applealc but not applehda_injector shipped with this repo For support of headset with mic see this : https://github.com/hackintosh-stuff/XPS9350-macOS/tree/master/Kexts/combojack

I never face this problem after define the layout-id=13

use applealc and inject layout id 13(0x0D). Remove CodecCommander.kext.
