Is it possible to have on the loading screen a message saying something like 'Please ensure you set a strong password and make a backup of your wallet file to an external source,

Is it possible to change it slightly ??? Please ensure you set a strong password, make a backup of your wallet file to an external source and ensure you are fully 100% Synced.
