[Bug-017] : Option to restore Wallet from locked state does not work #625

What happened?

When Pali is in lock mode, and the user has for some reason forgotten his password, he cannot directly use the restore option.

This causes the user to completely uninstall Pali v3 and reinstall it in order to re-enter his seeds.
