[Bug-018] : Sometimes Pali Wallet does not import the seeds #626

What happened?

After using the "Forget Wallet" option, it does not import the seeds correctly.

After entering the seeds, and then when it asks for the unlock password, it does nothing.

After several attempts "leaving Pali v3 in the background, and/or activating and deactivating the extension", it finally succeeds.

This has not happened in clean install.

Update:

Also, upon completion of the import, it is displayed without a public address. The user must switch to EVM and back to UTXO for the UTXO public address display to be restored.
