[Bug-025] : Pali can't send EVM transactions #664

What happened?

There seems to be some issue preventing Pali from performing EVM transactions. NEVM, Rollux, etc. do not work.

We have tried performing actions through other apps such as Metamask, Encrypt, etc. and everything works correctly in terms of RPC / chain.
