SysFlow needs to support IPv6 #3

Indicate project collector, sysflow specification

Describe the feature you'd like We need to support IPv6 in the next version of SysFlow. To do so, we should take advantage of Avro union data types to minimize space usage between IPv4 and IPv6 flows.
