Use consistent naming for 'user' tables #10

We should change the DDLS for all of the benchmarks to use 'USERACCT' for the 
'USER' tables. For example, Twitter has a table called 'USER_PROFILES' We can't 
use 'USER' or 'USERS' because they are reserved in some DBMSs.

This should be done after the paper is finished.
