Heightmaps and OSM data don't line up #71

I'm trying to create a map of nagasaki, and the OSM roads do not line up with the terrain created by the heightmap, it's off by at least a km.

I'm not developing this software anymore, just hosting it. I will however merge any pull requests, so please create one if you can. Thanks

Using the OSM Importer, I found a scale of 1.04 correctly aligns roads to heightmaps (in North America).
