Based on the new direction announced in http://www.proxysql.com/blog/proxysql-143-clickhouse is it possible to add PrestoDB as a backend?

In theory, with this feature anything capable of being queried over PrestoDB could then be made Wire Compatible with MySQL.

It looks like it's been attempted with PostgreSQL: https://prestodb.io/resources.html#odbc

Also exasol support would be great. Because clickhouse has more limitations, delete,update and more join queries not supported yet,
