[HOW TO] configure LDAP authentication #2450

Hello,

I'm interested by proxySQL for query logging and ldap auth.

I installed it and configured backend server, users and query logging but i'm looking for documentation about ldap auth in proxySQL. I found some clues at https://dataops.barcelona/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/BL-New-Features-in-ProxySQL-2.0.pdf but when I try to search any ldap variable in proxySQL, there is nothing.

So, i ask the following question : Is LDAP auth implemented in proxySQL or not yet ? And if it's already implemented, how can i configure it ?

Seems that it's a work in progress and not ready for public release!

Any news about the LDAP /Pam LDAP Integration? It's totally pain to add accounts on the Frontend and also the backend.

Anyone have better source for documentation on this? I'm hoping to setup a production cluster this year and the ldap auth will be the icing on the cake!
