Updated files for newest version of virtual KD #16

These changes fix all issues resulting from VirtualKD being out of date. This works as a solution for those who have issues with VirtuakKD-Redux

Thanks, looks great. Just one thing: the .vs folder contains temporary files that should not be checked into git (they will change all the time and will result in unnecessary noise in the git log). Do you mind adding ".vs" to the .gitignore file in the top of the repository, so that these files will get excluded, and updating the pull request?
