Add support for PEMicro debug probes #11

As the title says, adding support for PEMicro debug probes would be greatly beneficial. This support is already added in pyOCD via a plugin pyOCD-PEMicro Github page

bdm in openocd was already working from a patch from myself. At least on coldifre. Then, the community with rude ways blocked the conversation/addition.
