Fixing wrong SubscribeOptions enum values #2

Sorry that we're not going to merge this -- as explained in #1, we're tracking upstream devel, and these enums have changed there, along with an appropriate ABI bump. If you cannot move along and feel like being brave, you can stick with commit b868a59 -- but note that we're only interested in working against the latest and greatest upstream changes at this point.

I still thinks the versioning here is a bit misleading, but the explanation makes sense..
