Suspend the limiter if the inverter operation mode isn't "normal" #41

If the battery limit voltage is reached the operation mode changes from "normal" to "standby". The limiter should/could respect this change. At the moment the power demand increases to the max limit because of the missing impact.

The current behavior doesn't harm and isn't wrong but I would be nice if the power demand is is 0 and the operation mode of the limiter standby.
