Angular 12 upgrade #65

Hi,

I upgraded the seed to use Angular 12. #62

I executed the e2e with the seed-jee and the 15 tests passed

karma.conf.js is not aligned with the new schematics. This is the link for Angularv11 just for reference https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/blob/v11.0.0/packages/schematics/angular/application/files/karma.conf.js.template
