Button alignment in image-viewer component

Describe the bug The button alignment is not correct because systelab button and systelab toggle button have different paddings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use image-viewer in a template
2. Check button alignment
3. Same issue in the right side buttons (Save, Adjust, download,...) (see image attached)

Expected behavior All the buttons must have the same padding
