Several outstanding issues

I love the motivation behind this project but I see several outstanding issues:

• Cloud fonts in Office such as Avenir Next LT Pro are only installed to the local application data store and are not exposed to the OS.
• Windows' Pan-European Supplemental Fonts such as Gill Sans Nova must be manually installed (no automatic language associations) [1].
• Arial Rounded MT Bold is not a recognized family name under Windows platform Chromium installs.
• fonts-comfortaa is only available in 4247, fonts-smc-chilanka and fonts-smc-manjari in 547, and fonts-taml-tscu in 59 out of 78246 fontconfig installs on Debian GNU/Linux stable per popcon [2].
• Bitstream Charter is a Type 1 font provided by the texlive-fonts-recommended package, available in 8647 out of 78246 installs, and Montserrat is provided by the texlive-fonts-extra package, available in 4212 out of 78246 fontconfig installs on Debian GNU/Linux stable. (I am not even sure if texmf-dist fonts are exposed to the OS?)
• Android is supported at surface level. Cutive Mono, Roboto and others are not recognized family names. Android platform family names and aliases are not included (see [3]).
• ChromeOS is not supported (see [4]).

This is not a comprehensive list but I hope it gets the ball rolling for a project revision.

I appreciate you digging in more, @vitorsr. There is a lot here!

Most of these are micro-optimizations on what to remove instead of add, so the user will not have any benefit. FWIW, this project is a mix of art and science. There is not an exact formula for each of these stacks. Font Stacks being progressive allows for some wiggle room. That said, here are some responses to your comments:

• Avenir Next LT Pro probably should removed based on your findings, but doesn't hurt anything being there as it still could be user installed elsewhere. This looks to be added to Microsoft Office after they moved to the Office 365 which is cloud only. The other fonts installed via Office 2021 (not Office 365 Cloud) are still relevant.
• Windows Supplemental Fonts (like Gill Sans Nova) are user initiated installs that are made easily available to the user inside the Font Settings and Windows Store. Leaving this as is.
• 'Arial Rounded MT Bold' name works under mac and older Windows installs (7, 8) and is still relevant. It looks like using 'Arial Rounded MT' for modern Windows installs works, and will add to the stack.
• I manually tested 12 popular Linux distros. I'm afraid data from popcon may not be super helpful as many users initially install via ISO and never need to update the package again. Of all my manual testing, each font was exposed and functional somewhere.
• Android mostly uses default generic aliases, but some are unique (like source-sans-pro). All of which have been tested. I can probably remove 'Cutive Mono', as I mentioned in the Font Weights & Notes. Roboto is used for linux and manual installs as it's a very popular font.
• ChromeOS default to their generic aliases: Arimo (sans-serif), Tinos (serif), Cousine (monospace). I will explore this OS more, and at least look to add previews of these fonts in the documentation soon.
