I appreciate you digging in more, @vitorsr. There is a lot here!
Most of these are micro-optimizations on what to remove instead of add, so the user will not have any benefit. FWIW, this project is a mix of art and science. There is not an exact formula for each of these stacks. Font Stacks being progressive allows for some wiggle room. That said, here are some responses to your comments:
