Fix dash spacing #246

On the Dash screen in the Income Statement Chart header the 2nd date field is pushed to the 2nd line. Here's a thumbnail of a screenshot I took.

This patch reduces the margin-left to 96px so it looks like the Income and Expenses by Month header.

(I created a fresh instance with 1.5.0 RC2 to test everything, but I discovered it in 1.4.0.)
