CUDA 10.1 missing #14

Support exists for cuda-10.2 and cuda-10.0, but not cuda-10.1. There were certain issues with pytorch and cuda-10.2 which a user might want to avoid.

Running 20.04.

This is just a quick fix, but bionic's cuda-10.1 works on 20.04 for me. http://apt.pop-os.org/proprietary/pool/bionic/main/binary-amd64/s/system76-cuda-10.1/

Edit got around to trying it out and it worked!
