Creation of the system76-cudnn-latest metapackage #18

I think is necessary a cuDNN meta-package since the cuda article needs to be periodically updated each time a new cuDNN is added, and since a cuDNN version require the installation of the compatible version of cuda this leads to extra version of cuda installed.

Having this new meta-package along with the already existing system76-cuda-latest meta-package we could save the user unnecessary installation of other versions of CUDA when installing the cuDNN library.

Hey,

I was searching for cuda support in PopOS before switching. Came across this as I was looking for cuda 11 in PopOS.

I agree this isn't a priority issue, but a very much appreciated addition. Hopefully this gets merged or considered before I make the switch and would be really convenient to have.
