Update from edk2-stable202108 to edk2-stable202205.

This will be pushed as system76-stable202205 when ready. Current branch preserved as system76-stable202108.

[x] Fix running in QEMU
- Fails to find firmware-setup image
- Magically works again?
[ ] Test Secure Boot (not a blocker)
- Currently has patch from Star Labs; how does this compare to 9elements that was previously tested?
