Update docs for the SPI Pi #325

CH341A is not recommended for the 32 MiB WSON chips on the ADL boards, due to it taking eons to flash and having to hold the pins in place.

Provide a better explanation for setting up the SPI Pi.

Flashing a RPL board took 10 minutes. I injured my hand holding these fucking pogo pins in place that long. This flat fuck that can't hold a clip is now on the list of my most hated things.

Meanwhile, the SPI Pi method took like 1 minute (including verification, which I normally disable for the CH341A). My suffering has ended.
