Boot with monitors connected to HDMI, DP & Thunderbolt.
Expected behavior
Bootloader should appear on at least one monitor.
Actual behavior
Bootloader does not appear on any monitor unless there are no monitors connected to the NVIDIA card (HDMI, DP).
Boot completes successfully, however, neither GRUB nor rEFInd menus appear. The System76 initial splash screen appears, but pressing any key freezes the boot process. The boot menu is responsive only if nothing is connected to HDMI or DP.
