As part of this, the RPL boards now use the client FSP release from Intel's public repo.

• [ ] Check which models are affected by each FSP and microcode change (for changelogs)
• [ ] Fix issues found with 4.22 and submit upstream

There were problems mentioned in https://github.com/system76/coreboot/pull/200 but it was merged anyway. Should QA do any testing on this PR to see whether those problems still persist, or is there a reason this needs to be merged without testing?

They will still exist. Finding/fixing issues can be deferred until making new releases like always, and will have to be fixed upstream.
