Update coreboot to 24.02 #516

Since 4.19-based releases took so long, we are already at the next coreboot release. Update to this release for the slew of MTL fixes.

Perhaps I spoke too soon. It broke my built-in audio and I just didn't notice until now.

oryp8 works, so may be ADL+. gaze17-3060-b cbmem shows:

Everything seems to still boot at least. Flashed it to all of these and booted to OS:
