Invalidate CMOS checksum after flashing

Ensure that coreboot will write out the default CMOS options after flashing a new firmware image by invalidating the checksum field.

TEST:

• Enable Intel CSME via nvramutil
• Reboot
• Check cbmem to ensure it is enabled
• Flash new firmware using this branch
• Verify Intel CSME is disabled
