Gazelle - Toggle Keys Indicator #149

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

Not sure about other models but the Gazelle doesn't seem to have LED lights to indicate caps/num lock/scroll lock status

Description of the feature

Would be nice to at least make the statuses displayable on the desktop, maybe as a gnome extension
